Refunds and Returns Policy

At Elegant Saffron Co., we take great pride in offering our customers the highest quality saffron. Due to the nature of our product—an edible, consumable food item—we maintain a strict policy to ensure safety, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.

1. All Sales Are Final

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any saffron products once they have been shipped. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our food products and ensure that all customers receive items that are untampered, uncompromised, and fresh.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require the following for evaluation:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and product
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the circumstances.

Note: Damage caused by improper storage after delivery or mishandling by the recipient is not covered.

3. Lost or Missing Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at contact@elegantsaffron.com with your order number. We will work with our shipping provider to track and resolve the issue.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is issued:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing time

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
